SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA. Once in the new settlement, community members return to their normal activities of cooking and playing, most of the residents don´t have a job since fishing was forbidden for them. Almost 200 people live in a community on the shore of the Tonle Sap Lake, just few kilometers away from the city of Siem Reap, home to the world famous temples of Angkor. With the arrival of the wet season, the community is forced to move their homes up to the Phnom Krom Mountain where the water of the Tonle Sap Lake will not rise and cover their entire village.
